I found it so much more relaxed, highly inclusive, and really supportive. Barbara is amazing, she does quarterly 121 which is really great to help you figure out what is going on in your business or anything else she is fantastic support. Also, the workshops she offers like recently she did a goal setting training and even though I am a coach it is really good to go through it again with someone else and get new ideas from them so if you are thinking about networking.
